Chow Chow Nanny's Sweet
This Old Fashioned relish can't be beat. Made with green tomatoes, onion, cabbage, red & green sweet peppers, finely chopped. Excellent on hamburgers, hot dogs or with a pot of beans.
RECIPE IDEA...
Add to roast beef sandwiches
Mix 1 can corn beef, 1 8 oz. brick cream cheese, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons chow chow. Can be rolled in parsley flakes, almonds, or walnuts. Use as a cracker spread or on finger sandwiches.
Dried corn beef slices spread with above mixture rolled in jelly-roll fashion and sliced in bite-size pieces, serve with a toothpick. Great hors d'oeuvre!

Pickled Corn Relish
A mixture of corn, onion, celery, red and green sweet peppers in a thick sauce. More salty than sweet. Add as a side dish with your meal.
RECIPE IDEA...
Delicious served as a side condiment with salmon.
Add to corn bread to make a Tex-Mex dish
Mix with 1 pint half & half to make a chowder. Add 1 tablespoon to thicken.

Sandwich Spread
A tangy blend of garden vegetables added to a mayonaise and mustard sauce. This recipe goes back in my family for many years. Great added to a sandwich or burger. Try adding to sour cream to make a dip. GREAT!!!
RECIPE IDEA...
Great for stuffing tomatoes. Score grape or cherry tomatoes with an "X" on top. Spread open and fill with sandwich spread.
Fill celery sticks with sandwich spread.
Great with cucumber or squash sandwiches.

Jalapeno Pepper & Mustard Sauce - PMS Sauce
This sauce is great for many uses. Add to your meatloaf, glaze chicken, dip for pretzels, veggies, chicken tenders or use as a dressing for potato salad or garden salad. Great for baked potatoes or French fries. Excellent over game meat. Try with Little Smokeys in the crock pot. Just a mild bite but big flavor. Better known as PMS sauce!
RECIPE IDEA...
1 6# bag Kirkland (Costco Brand) frozen italian beef meatballs
1 Reynolds crock pot liner
Depending on crock pot size, use 1/2 bag (#3lbs) to smaller crock pot. Place meatballs into pot liner. Pour 3/4 jar of PMS over meatballs. Heat and serve. Can also be done in oven.
Can be used to baste chicken, ribs, pork chops, and fish.
Add to meatloaf in place of tomatoes or ketchup for a different taste. Wonderfull!!
Can also be used as a salad dressing over rice. Heat in microwavae to liquify. Serve hot.
Kids love it on chicken tenders and french fries.

Spicy Pepper & Onion Relish
A relish of chopped red and green sweet peppers and onion with a hint of hot peppers. Cooked with a special blend of spices. This relish is for the one who loves the flavor of peppers.
RECIPE IDEA...
1 12oz. container of cream cheese spread
4 Heaping TBS Pepper & Onion Relish (drained)
Add relish to cream cheese. Stir briskly with fork until throroughly mixed. Ready to serve. You may more relish if you like. Great for chips or fresh veggies.
Always good on hamburgers and hot dogs.
Can season meats, soups and stews.

Jalapeno Pepper Relish
A sweet relish with lots of HEAT!
RECIPE IDEA...
1 12oz. container of cream cheese spread
3 Heaping tbs Jalapeno Pepper Relish (drained)
Add relish to cream cheese. Stir briskly with fork until throroughly mixed. Ready to serve. You may more relish if you like.

Nanny's Special Sauce
A wonderful combination of Nanny's Chow-Chow and her recipe of homemade catsup. Nothing like today's catsup. Great on burgers, subs, hot dogs, beans and baked sausage.
RECIPE IDEA...
Add 4 heaping tablespoons of special sauce, 1 tablesppon prepared mustard, 1 tablespoon onion relish to Bush's Original baked beans. Heat in oven for 350° for 30 minutes. Optional: Place strips of bacon over top of beans.

Zucchini Relish - Regular
A vegetable relish with zucchini, red & green sweet peppers, and onion. Mixed with just the right spices. Use for hamburgers, hot dogs or try on a baked potato. Also great for making a dip or spread. Add to sour cream or cream cheese.

Great with dried beans too.
